Arkana Rama brings together 15+ years of expertise and proven track record from 3 successful independent consulting companies, Lion and Gazelle, MAS Executive and syneXeos. The founders each have a background in Blue-Chip Enterprises and Management Consulting, underpinning their roles as trusted advisors with sector-leading approaches and first-class execution in different, but complementary, aspects of Strategic Business Transformation, across a multitude of industry sectors. In addition, we have built a network of trusted partners with whom we have repeatedly delivered significant client value utilising independent, outcome-driven, experts in their fields.

Arkana Rama is a Business Consultancy and IT Services company, positioned at the intersection of strategic depth and technological innovation. We aim to share our knowledge, unlock the value within organisations and empower our clients to realise their potential.

Our name fuses two powerful archetypes, which characterise our way of working:
“Arkana” – the literal translation in Arabic means ‘Trusted’ and the word exists in many languages, including Sanskrit, Hebrew and Latin, meaning hidden knowledge, arcane wisdom and strategic insight.
“Rama” – from Sanskrit, it is revered as a symbol of virtue, honour and righteousness. It also resonates across other cultural traditions associated with strength, leadership and moral ideals. In the spiritual realm, Rama represents one who chooses to sacrifice personal desires for the greater good.
